空腹血糖损害与血脂及高血压的关系研究

Research of the relation of damage of fasting blood glucosee and serum lipids and hypertension

目的探讨未达到诊断糖尿病标准的空腹血糖损害是否会引起血脂改变及其高血压的相关系。方法对常规体检4960人同步检查血脂、空腹血糖、血压等有关数据资料进行统计分析。结果空腹血糖损害阶段可引起胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白升高,高血压、肥胖的患病率明显增高(P<0.001)。结论在空腹血糖损害阶段就应采取干预措施。

Objective：To investigate serum lipids that the persons who fasting blood glucose （FBG）damage of not reach to diabetes diagnostic standard whether or not changed, and the relation of FBG damage and hypertension. Methods：4960 persons who general physical examination were measured at same time serum lipids,FBG ,hypertension etc datum. And it was statistical analyzed. Result：In FBG damage, cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein rise, morbidity rate of hypertension and obesity salience rise（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：The persons in FBG damage phase should take intervention.
