摘要
情商是一个人感受、理解、控制和表达自己及他人情感的能力,体育教师的情商直接影响着教学对象和教学效果。体育教师情商的自我了解能力、自我调控能力、自我激励能力、情感迁移能力、人际交往能力都在体育教学中得到体现。为了更好地服务于教学,体育教师应加强理论学习,提高人文修养;培养高级情感,掌握调节技能;在实践中锻炼和提高情商。
Emotional Quotient is a person feels, the understanding, controls and expresses oneself and the other people emotion ability, the emotional quotient discusses a request directly is affecting the teaching object and the teaching effect. Emotional Quotient of physical education teacher's self- understanding ability, the self- regulative ability, the self-encouragement ability, the emotion migration ability, the human communication ability all obtain in the physical education teaching manifests. For a better service to the teaching, the emotional quotient of physical education teacher should strengthen the theoretical study, enhances the humanities tutelage; Raises the high-level emotion, grasps the adjustment skill; Emotional Quotient exercise and the enhancement in the practice.
