With the development of national reform being into the key period, the internal contradiction among people in our society appears various conditions. The proper channel and the effective method for finding out the solution to the contradiction is the strongest guaranty that constructs harmonious society. As for this, I will state the correct way to handle with the internal contradiction among people from four aspects.
