选煤厂毛煤仓仓顶粉尘析出机理与控制技术

Dust generation mechanism and control technology of coal warehouse top in a coal washery

为了对毛煤仓仓顶粉尘污染提出有效治理措施,需要掌握毛煤仓仓顶落煤过程粉尘析出机理、逸散规律。以准能公司选煤厂毛煤仓仓顶为例,对准能公司选煤厂仓顶的生产工艺系统和尘源进行了分析。采用大型流体计算软件FLUENT和自编程序相结合的方式,通过数值分析的方法,论证了选煤厂毛煤仓仓顶粉尘发生机理、逸散规律。研究发现,毛煤仓仓顶粉尘污染主要是由皮带牵引风流、落料诱导风流和空气冲击波风流造成的。基于该研究结论,提出了选煤厂毛煤仓仓顶粉尘控制和治理措施,为选煤厂的粉尘治理提供了理论和实践指导依据。

In order to put forward effective dust control measures for coal warehouse top, it is necessary to analyze dust generation mechanism. Production workmanship and dust resource of the coal warehouse top in Zhun Geer Coal Washery have been clarified. Using FLUENT SOFT and designed progamme, and by means of numerical analysis, dust generation and pollution mechanism of coal warehouse top in Zhun Geer Coal Wahery are studied. A conclusion is drawn that dust pollution of coal warehouse-top is comprised by haulage wind flow, inducement wind flow and impact wave wind flow. Based on the above research conclusion, dust control and management measures of coal warehouse top have been chosen, which provides a theoretic base for dust control and management of coal washery.
