摘要
为了开发出新的离心式叶片泵的优秀水力模型,在一元和三元流动理论的基础上给出了叶轮设计中各种参数计算的经验公式;利用Visual C++平台编制了叶轮参数化计算软件,实现了叶轮的参数化设计计算,大大提高了叶轮设计的准确性和效率;在Visual C++平台上编制了基于PRO/E的三维参数化设计软件,利用程序语句对三维叶轮模型进行驱动,实现了叶轮的参数化和系列化设计,为离心泵内部的流场分析、叶轮NC加工以及开发新的离心泵优秀水力模型奠定了基础。
In order to develop a new good fluid model of centrifugal blade pump, the experience's parameter computation formula in blade design is inferred out in this paper, and then the vane parameter computation software is compiled under the environment of visual C++. It improves the accuracy and efficiency of design greatly. After that, the three-dimension parameter design software is compiled under the visual C++ environment based on pro/engineering software. In the software, the model is driven by program language which input the software. It has realized the parameter and series design of vane and established the basis for fluid analysis of inner fluent, NC manufacture of impeller and development of new good fluid model of pump.
