为了解决电信运营企业ERP项目实施难的问题,以辽宁网通公司为背景,提出了辽宁网通公司BPR和ERP集成实施方案。该方案主张结合ERP系统实施步骤应开展BPR活动,采用循序渐进,阶梯式上升的方法改造现有流程。并在方案指导下成功优化了辽宁网通公司7个关键业务流程;设计实现了ERP系统7个核心模块。使辽宁网通公司的ERP项目顺利实施,也为促进电信运营企业管理体系改革找到一条全新之路。

In order to solve the problem of actualizing the ERP project in telecom companies, the solution of integration of BPR and ERP for Liaoning Branch of China Netcom Company Limited is put forward as an example. In the project, BPR should keep up with the steps of ERP system in an increasing graduall way to reconstruct the existing processes. The seven key business processes of Liaoning Netcom Company Limited were reorganized and optimized successfully under this project. Seven core modules of the ERP system were also designed and realized. ERP project has been put in practice all fight for Liaoning Branch of China Netcom Company Limited. It is a novel way to accelerate the reform of management system for telecom companies.
