摘要
采用三角法测距原理,使用高精度激光CCD位移传感器进行数据采集。针对激光CCD灵敏度高,干扰噪声容易混入测量数据中的问题,提出了一种基于小波分析的误差分离方法--运用谐波分析的思想方法和小波理论中Mallat多频率分析算法进行误差分离,经过误差分离以后的数据用人工免疫算法求出形位误差。以大型高精度油膜轴承为应用对象,研究了圆柱形工件形位误差在线测量方法。实验证明此方法精度高,操作简单,使用方便,具有很高的实用价值。
Based on the trigonometry theory to get the distance, collecting data with high-accuracy CCD Laser Displacement Sensor, a harmonic method is used to solve the problem that measurement data may be easily interfered. The cylindricity can be calculated by artificial immune algorithm and wavelet error separation method that the measurement error can be decomposed by Mallat algorithm based on wavelet theory. This paper takes a high-precision oil film bearing as research objects to develop a new measuring method for cylindricity of high-precision oil film bearing. Experimentation results shown that the new on-line measuring method has high precision and can be used easily, so it has high practical value in engineering.
