摘要
文章以在我国提出的职务发明专利申请状况作为研究对象,对专利申请量以及由专利申请量反映出的技术结构和比较优势问题进行了深入分析。
This article takes all service invention patents which proposed in our country from the year 1985 to the year 2003 as the research object. On the basis of patent data analysis, we focus on different country＇ s technical advantage and disadvantage. At last we Provide the advice for the national policy making, and for our domestic enterprise use those conclusions to carry out innovation activities in the correlation areaes.
