摘要
用3-氧-1，2-丙二醇对壳聚糖进行了化学改性，并用红外光谱和X-衍射产物进行了结构表征，其反应主要发生在-NH2基团上，产物在许多有机溶剂中的溶解性有明显改善。
The modification of chitosan by 3-chloropropane-1, 2-diol was studied. The structure of glycerolchitosan was characterizated using IR spectroscopy and X-ray. The results are consistent with N-substituted prior to that C6 position. The solubility of glycerolchitosan in many organic solvents was enhaned compared with that of chitosan.
