超超临界汽轮机用ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN钢的性能热处理工艺试验研究 被引量:2

The Study on Property Heat Treatment Process Experiment of ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN Steel Used for Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine

摘要 通过对超超临界汽轮机用ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN钢进行模拟性能热处理工艺试验,总结出热处理工艺参数对常温力学性能的影响规律,并确定出满足技术条件要求的最佳热处理制度为1100℃淬火,720℃回火。 By the simulation property heat treatment process experiment of ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN steel used for ultra-supercritical steam turbine,the influence of heat treatment process parameter on the mechanical property at room temperature has been summed up,furthermore the best heat treatment processes satisfied the technical condition requirements,1 100 ℃ quenching and 720 ℃ tempering,have been determined.
