去纤酶、东菱精纯克栓酶两种蛇毒制剂在类凝血酶活力和精氨酸酯酶活力方面表现出较大的差异。东菱精纯克栓酶类凝血酶活性强而酯酶活性相对较低，去纤酶则与之相反。

Defrinogenasum and Batroxobin (DF-521 ) are very defferent in the activities of thrombin like enzyme and arginine estrase. DF-521 shows higher activities of thrombin-like enzyme but lower in arginine estrase. The exhibition of activities of defrinogenasum is in contrast to DF-521.
