摘要
基于遥感、GIS技术,选取不同植被易燃等级、植被干燥度、森林气象火险预报等级作为森林火险预报因子,采用因子加权叠置法,计算得到云南省森林火险预报指数,划分为没有危险、低度危险、中度危险、高度危险和极度危险5个等级。研究结果表明,较之传统的森林火险气象预报,该预报模型能够更为准确地预测林火发生的可能性,更好地满足森林防火业务的需求。
This paper discussed forest fire danger prediction model based on GIS and Remote Sensing in Yunnan. Rates of various vegetation flammability, vegetation dryness degree and forecast rates of weather forest fire danger.were selected as the main factors of forest fire danger forecast, which were corresponding to the conditions of fuel and climate. The multifactor forest fire danger forecast index was obtained by the method of factor-weight spatial overlay, which was classified to 5 levels: non, low, mid, high and extreme high. The result showed that: multifactor forest fire prediction provided more details of the forest fire risk spatial distribution and more accordable with actual status than that only based on meteorological conditions before, and met the demand of forest fire control.
