This paper summarized the origin and losing of the forest soil organic carbon, and elaborated the dynamic impact of the forest management, vegetation conditions, nature conditions, the utility of forestland etc and summed up the impact of different environmental factors on the mountainous soil organic carbon. It introduced the current research progress on the dynamic variety of forest soil organic carbon and provides the fundamental for recovering the mountainous soil fertility and abating the world becoming warmer.
