摘要
概述了我国杉木杂交育种研究进展,分析了杉木杂交育种存在的主要问题及其对策。建议杉木杂交育种今后应加强生长性状、材性和抗性的联合研究;积极开展种质资源收集、保存、评价工作;采用分子标记技术进行辅助选择育种,为杂交亲本选配提供理论依据。
Research progress on cross breeding of Chinese fir was summarized in this paper and the primary insufficiency was analyzed. Some countermeasures were also suggested. The research of growth traits, wood properties and resistant traits should be emphasized. The collection, conservation and assessment for superior germplasm resources, molecular marker techniques should be applied in assisting breeding.
