增视明目丸对儿童弱视疗效观察

Clinical observation on the effect of zengshi mingmuwan in treatment of child amblyopia

目的：观察增视明目丸对儿童弱视的疗效。方法：用增视明目丸治疗儿童弱视110例（185只眼），对不同程度、不同类型、不同注视性质、不同年龄弱视眼的疗效进行比较，并对基本治愈眼中的115只眼进行了随访观察。结果：基本治愈150只眼（81．1％），其中115只眼经3年随访，98只眼视力保持正常，占82．5％。总有效率为97．3％。治疗效果与弱视程度、类型、注视性质及患者年龄显著相关。结论：增视明目丸是治疗儿童弱视的一种有效药物。

<Abstrct>To observe the therapeutic effect of zengshi mingmuwan in treatmentof child amblyopia. METHODS: One hundred and ten case(185 eyes) of amblyopia in childrenwere treated with zengshi mingmuwan, a TCM pill. In the eyes of amblyopia the therapeutic effectwere compared according to different degree, different types, different staring characters and thedifferent ages of patients. One hundred and fifteen 0f basically cure eyes were followed up. RE-SULTS: One hundred fiftty eyes(81. 1 %) were basically cured. 1 15 eyes among these eyes had beenfollowed up for 3 years, and the visual acity of 98 eyes (82.5%) kept normalvision acuity finally. Totally effective rate was 97.3%. The therapeutic effects were closely corre-lated with degree, types and staring characteristics of amblyopia and ages of patients. CONCLU-SION: Zengshi mingmuwan is an effective drug for treatment of child amblyopia.
