消毒蜂蜜治疗大泡性角膜病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation on effect of sterilized honey in treatment of bullous keratopathy

目的：观察消毒蜂蜜对大泡性角膜病变的疗效。方法：用20％消毒蜂蜜治疗大泡性角膜病变患者23例（23只眼）。结果：9例角膜移植术后天泡性角膜病变中有5例大泡消退；14例白内障摘出术加人工晶体植入术后大泡性角膜病变中有9例大泡消退。全部病例随访2～3个月，有4例复发。结论：用消毒蜂蜜治疗大泡性角膜病变是一简单有效的治疗方法。

OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effects of sterilized honey in treatingbullous keratopathy. METHODS: Twenty three cases (23 eyes) of bullous keratopathy weretreated with 20% sterilized honey. RESULTS: In five of 9 cases of bullous keratopathy the bullousdisappeared that they occurred after cornea transplantation. In 9 cases of 14 cases of bullouskeratopathy the bullous disappeared that they occurred after cataract surgery combined introcularlens (IOL) implantation. All the cases had been followed up for 2~ 3 months, and 4 patientsrecurrd. CONCLUSION: Treating bulluos keratopathy with sterilized honey is a simple and effec-ti ve method.
