一种城域网VOD系统的整合方法

A Integrating Method for VOD System in Metropolitan Area Network

摘要 在城域网内用户数量多,各类不同平台的VOD系统也多,用户使用时需要在不同VOD系统之间转换,为此需要进行整合这些系统,开发一个网站展现给用户统一的界面,包含所有VOD中的内容,具体方法是通过采集各VOD服务器的当前负载和VOD内容分布信息,由WEB服务器负责在能满足用户请求的服务器群中选择几台负载较轻的服务器,然后在客户端对这些服务器进行网络性能测试,并结合最轻负载策略和速度检测两个方面保证用户得到最快的请求响应和服务质量,从而选择一台最佳服务器进行服务。实际使用结果表明,该方法投资省,效率高,使用方便。
