摘要
针对冶炼炉渣比重大、入选浓度高的特点,提出了冶炼炉渣专用浮选机的概念和设计原则,研制了具有中比转速叶轮和下盘封闭式定子系统及具有多循环通道和阻流栅板的槽体结构之冶炼炉渣专用系列浮选机,解决了炉渣难选易沉槽的难题,实现了大型化;并介绍了大型冶炼炉渣专用浮选机典型应用情况。
The author puts forward the conception and design regulation of special floatation cell for refining high special gravity and density, so that the problem of difficult to concentrate and easy to settle down is solved and the equipment being high capacity. The paper recommends also the typical application of the floatation cell.
