摘要
介绍煤气熔铝炉流量比值控制系统的组成、控制原理及系统比值系数的确定,着重分析SLPC可编程调节器功能及其在控制系统中的应用。生产运行表明,整个系统控制精度高,既可以实现煤气熔铝炉的安全运行,又可以降低能源消耗。
The paper recommends the composition and control principle and the setting of systematic ratio of the flow ratio control system for the aluminum-melting-furnace with coal gas, with the emphasis on analyzing the function of SLPC programmable modulator and its application in the system. The operation shows that the control accuracy of the system is high which is helpful to safe operation of the furnace and lowering energy consumption.
