信用权实现之我见

Views on the Realization of the Credit Power

信用权是人格权的一种,要实现信用权,应从四个方面进行法律建设:将信用作为信息予以公示,以实现信用的价值;将信用与主体资格挂钩,信用度的高低将决定信用主体能否从事某些活动;建立健全信用风险机制;完善信用法律责任机制。

The credit power is a kind of personality power. In realizing the credit power, we should carry on the legal construction from four aspects： Ventilating the credit as the information to realizes the credit value; Relating the credit and the qualification of the main body, namely whether the credit main body could engage in certain activities is decided by the credit level; Establishing and perfecting the risk mechanism of the credit; Perfecting the credit legal liability mechanism.
