The Representative Democracy of College Student is not a simple thing of short duration but a longrange action of signality that involves the overall. Every institution of the people＇ s congress should realize it thoroughly, and put it into practice in the system construction by way of offering chances and convenience. In order to keep the sys- tem of NPC positive, the Representative Democracy of College Student should be carried on and connected to the project of construction to the system of NPC.
