摘要
分级教学即分层次教学。大学英语分级教学的理论基础是因材施教观和“i+1”理论。分级教学在提高教学质量、优化师资配置、促进学生个性发展方面有积极的作用,采用分级教学的院校均收到了显著的教学效果,但也存在教学、管理、分配方面的问题。
Graded education is a kind of teaching according to different levels. Graded education of college English is based on the theory of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and "i + 1" theory. Graded education plays a positive role in improving the teaching result, optimizing distribution of teachers and promoting students' individuality development. The colleges who adopted graded education have already achieved striking results, but there are still some problems in teaching, managing and distributing.
