本文针对当前高等职业教育师资力量的不足,严重制约着高等职业教育事业发展这一实际情况,论述了当前发展建设高等职业教育师资队伍的几点措施和应当注意的问题,强调高等职业教育师资队伍发展要注重师德高尚、素质优良、结构优化、专兼结合、一专多能、全面发展。

In view of a short of teaching staff, which education, the author puts forward several countermeasures seriously restricts current higher vocational and noticeable questions in the development of teaching staff construction. The development of current teaching staff in higher vocational education should lay emphasis on noble ethics, good quality, optimized structure, combination of the specialized and the sideline, mastery of many skills with one major and full scale development.
