摘要
针对石油化工企业设备支承钢结构框架的结构受力特点,分析了现行规范方法的适用性和局限性.通过大型通用有限元程序ANSYS对算例进行的非线性分析研究,为设备支承钢结构框架的结构选型和布置提供了理论参考.提出在空间一阶弹性分析的基础上,采用《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)推荐的简化P-Δ法进行二阶分析,可考虑各榀框架间的相互作用,更符合结构的实际受力情况,并与大型通用有限元程序ANSYS的计算结果进行对比,验证了笔者方法的正确性.
In consideration of the characteristics of steel frames supporting industrial equipment, which is used in the petrochemical industry, this paper has studied the applicability and limitation of present specifications. At the same time,by using ANSYS,a nonlinear analysis of some steel frames are carried out. The results of this study can provide some theoretical, reference for conceiving structure system and designing steel frames supporting equipment. On the basis of the spatial First-Order Elastic analysis, it also suggests to use the simplified 9 -Δ method proposed in the new provisions of steel structure while dealing with the Second-Order Analysis, because this method can reflect the spatial cooperation of frames and has higher accuracy. The accuracy of the method has proved by compared with the calculated result by ANSYS in the paper.
