摘要
评标决策综合评价是一个多目标、多层次结构复杂和因素众多的大系统.在分析了评标决策的影响因素,将模糊数学方法与AHP(层次分析法)相结合,建立了模糊层次综合评判模型并用于对投标单位的评估的研究.应用实例表明,该方法有效可行,能够给出合理的总体评估结论.
Selecting tenders is a large system consisting of multiple targets, multiple hierarchies, complex structures and numbers factors. On the basis of analysis of affected factors, this paper is combined fuzzy math with the theory of AHP to set forward a fuzzy overall evaluation model, which is used in the research of tender evaluation. An example demonstrates that the proposed method is feasible and effective to produce and reasonable general conclusion.
