Scheme on capacity expansion of urea unit based on ammonia stripping process

为了增加中国石油宁夏石化公司的经济效益,采用荷兰Stamicarbon公司提供的2000+MT工艺包对二化肥尿素装置进行扩能改造.装置改造后,尿素产量由1 500 t/d增至2 610 t/d,且提高了生产安全性、环保性,并具有灵活控制(n NH3)n(∶CO2)和n(H2O)n∶(CO2)的特点.

In order to increasing the economic benefit of Ningxia petrochemical company, capacity expansion and renovation implemented was in the second chemical fertilizer plant, adopting the 2000＋^MT process wrap of Stamicarbon company in Holand. After the renovation,urea output is increased to 2 610 t/d from 1 500 t/d. and the safety, enviromental protection is improved and the molar ratio of ammonia and carbon dioxide, water and carbon dioxide can be easily controlled.
