摘要
创新型人才一般讲具有四个基本要素,即:知识性要素、实践性要素、创新能力要素、品德要素。最终衡量一个人是否真正是创新人才,评价不是学校,也不是教师,而应该是社会。要看我们的毕业生对科学、对社会所做出的创造性的贡献。从这个意义上讲,高校育人的根本任务就是培养创新型人才。培养创新型人才的目的是建设创新型国家,前提是更新教育观念,核心是自我发展能力,本源是健全人格,保证是创新人格,基础是创造个性,关键是评价机制。
How to value the creative talent, who have four elements including knowledge, practice, innovation and moral, is to see the student' s contribution of innovation to society after graduation. The judger of innovative people is society not school and teacher. From this aspect, the fimdamental task of university is to foster creative students for which the goal is to build creative country, the core is the ability of self- development, the resource is a perfect personality, the insure is an innovative humanity,the base is creation character, the key is valuation mechinism.
