The success of class depends on not only students＇ basic qualities, but also relate to the way of counselor＇s management. As counselors, we should find out students＇ puzzles by acuminous eyes during they are growing up and get information through various channels to check up the reasons, give them timely directions and let students feel the love of their teachers. With the kind encouragement, students will move up and expect a bright future.
