The Theory of "Potential Energy"in the Art

中国文化传统中有诸多关于"势"的文论,"势"在中国古代文艺观念中已经存在了两千多年。现代物理学中有"位能"的概念,中文翻译为"势能"。从这两种概念所具有的基本特点来看,一定程度上两者是相通的。本文的重点是将"势能"这一概念拿到艺术领域中,力图从"势能"的角度去审视艺术的创作问题,在此主要提出了势能分析理论的概念系统,即势能分析理论的新概念:势能具、势能阈、势能场、势能流、势能阵。

In Chinese cultural tradition,there are many literatures on the notion of shi which has existed in Chinese classical aesthetics for more than 2,003 years. The＂potential energy＇in modem physics and the ＂shi＂ ,judging from the primary characteristics have some parallelism between the two, to certain extent. This thesis introduces the notion of ＂potential energy＂ into the realm of art, analyzes the artistic creation from the notion. Finally in this part, a system of concepts raised from the theory of ＂potential energy＂ is proposed by new concepts such as tool of ＂potential energy＂, threshold of ＂potential energy＂, field of ＂potential energy＂ , current of ＂potential energy＂ and array of ＂potential energy＂.
