摘要
根据水冷壁结渣的成因,分析了某乏汽送粉切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉水冷壁结渣的原因,采取运行中降低一次风速度来缓解结渣,同时取得了降低排烟温度的效果。
This paper analyzes the cause of scar formed on the cool wall of coal boiler, and presents the results of alleviation of scaring through decreasing the velocity of fresh air into 130 t/h coal boiler during operation, and gets reduction of exhaust temperature.
