摘要
由于互联网的普遍应用,网上拍卖有效地拓展了传统拍卖的适用范围,并已成为面向消费者电子商务网上交易的主要方式之一。由于网上拍卖可有效降低交易成本等优点,很多企业已经倾向于采用这种方式采购或销售产品。通过分析网上拍卖给企业带来的新契机与挑战,文中探讨了企业利用网上拍卖进行采购和销售产品应考虑的一些因素,重点研究了企业如何进行机制选择、多次拍卖的保留价和拍卖次数、拍卖场所选择等因素。
Based on the development of Internet, online auction has efficiently extended the applicability of traditional auction and become one of the main online trade methods for consumer EC. Due to many merits, online auctions have been used to purchase or sell products by a lot of enterprise. Since online auction brings enterprises brand-new chances together with challenges, some key factors, such as mechanism selection, reserve-price and times of auction and location selection in designing optimal auction mechanisms were analyzed.
