摘要
考察了吐温-80/正丁醇/丁酸乙酯/水微乳液体系对水难溶性药物槲皮素的增溶作用。结果表明,槲皮素在以丁酸乙酯为油相的微乳液和其相应的胶束溶液中溶解度明显增大。同时随着载药微乳液浓度的增加,微乳液的粒径有增大趋势;而随着放置时间的延长,粒径有减小的趋势。在对载药微乳液稳定性的考察中发现,载药微乳液在室温和低温下放置比较稳定,其外观性状和药物含量均没有明显变化。
Tween80/n-butanol/ethyl n-butyrate/water microemulsion was used to investigate the solubilization of Quercetin of hydrophobic. The results showed that the solubility of quercetin was only 0.012 2 mg/mL in water, but it was improved obviously in mlcroemulsion using ethyl n-butyrate as oil and the corresponding mlcellar solution. Along with the increasing of the concentration of microemulsion carried drugs, its diameter had the tendency of increasing, but extending the keeping time its diameter would reduce. Besides, according to the studying of the stability of microemulsion carried drugs, it was concluded that, the microemulsion was stable in room temprature and low temperature, and had less change of external appearance, character and medicine contents.
