摘要
变频器在工业控制中的广泛应用为工艺调控提供了极大的便利,但由于变频器在运行过程中存在谐波问题,会对电气仪表及控制设备产生强烈的电磁干扰,从而导致控制系统失控。分析了回用水工艺流程中由于变频器运行造成PLC控制系统失控的成因,简述了相应的解决措施。
Frequency transformer is use in controlling in industry extensivly, which can provide convenience for the handicraft regulates and controls facilitating, but there exists harmonic problem in the frequency transformer during the process of operation, producing the intense electromagnetism disturbance to the electricity appearance and control system, being out of control leading to na;car. The article had analysed the cause of formation using water to be out of control in the process flow since the frequency transformer operation brings about PLC navar time, and sketched corresponding solving measure.
