今年7月1日，是值得庆祝的日子，香港回归祖国整整十年。回归十年，我们不再停留在“一国两制”能否实现，如何去实现，是否成功地实现——因为这些不再是受争议的事——而是我们怎样向前走，在过去十年取得的成果的基础上，踏上新的起跑线。面向新挑战，让我们重温历史，反思“一国两制”的由来，努力策划前进道路的正确方向。
