高职产学合作的绩效研究——以宁波为例

A Case Study of the High Performance of Production and Learning Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

从高职产学合作绩效的涵义入手,论述了高职高绩效产学合作的重要意义,并对宁波高职院校高绩效产学合作的实践进行了实证分析与研究,指出:只有构建起高职教育产与学双方绩效藕合机制才是产学合作的长效机制;绩效优良是以产学双方双赢互动为基础的;双赢既是产学合作的切入点,又是产学合作的落脚点。

Based on the connotation of the performance of production and learning cooperation, this paper presents the significance of production and learning cooperation and conducts a case study of its cooperative practices, thus pointing out that the lasting mechanism is based on the cooperative mechanism of production and learning in higher vocational education, high performance is the basis of mutual benefits to both par-ties, and win-win is both the point of departure and the goal of production and learning cooperation.
