摘要
择业是人生的一次重要选择,也是对大学生综合素质尤其是心理素质的一次检验。广泛深入地了解高职学生的择业意向和择业期望值并对他们进行相应的指导显得尤为必要。在对学生就业心理调查和调查结果分析的基础上,对高职学生的就业指导模式进行了探索。
First employment upon graduation can be regarded as a milestone in the graduates' career, and a test on their Psycho- logical quality as well, a detailed study on the graduates' Psychology and relevant Employment Guidance is very important. This essay is dedicated to exploring the above-mentioned matters based on the reliable findings of well-planned field investigations.
