摘要
文章分析了我国现行刑事立法关于犯罪嫌疑人知情权的规定及存在问题,并借鉴西方发达国家关于犯罪嫌疑人知情权的规定,提出了完善我国刑事立法的设想。
The paper analyzes the problems existed in the crime suspests right to know and benefits from the regulation of western developed country on crime suspects right to know,proposes the imagination of completing criminal legislation in China.
