摘要
经典的动物动脉血栓模型制备方法为注入凝血酶法或损伤动脉内膜法(包括机械损伤、物理损伤及化学损伤)。化学损伤———三氯化铁(FeCl3)诱导的血栓模型为混合型血栓,血栓结构致密,更接近于临床自发性血栓形成的组织学形态特征,有助于提高血栓症诊断与治疗实验研究的科学性和可信性。
The traditional methods of making an arterial thrombus includes regional thrombin injection and physiochemical injury of endothehum, in which mechanical disruption, electronic stimulation and chemical erosion were involved. The thrombus resulted from FeCl3 erosion is mixed pattern, which is similar to spontaneous thrombus in clinic. It woud improve the scientific and credibility of diagnosis and therapeutics experiment.
