摘要
目的探讨超声对稽留流产的诊断与鉴别诊断。方法对30例手术和病理证实的稽留流产的超声声像图表现进行回顾性分析。结果27例超声诊断结果与病理诊断相一致,误诊3例。结论超声对稽留流产与滋养细胞疾病仅能从声像图上作初步鉴别,诊断时应结合病史与临床综合判断。
Objective To invesrigat the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ultrasonography for missed abortion. Methods Ultrasonographic appearances of missed abortion of 30 patients confirmed by pathology and operation were analyzed retrospectivdy.Resalts Twenty-seven cases diagnosed by ultrasound were coincidenced with their pathology, and 3 cases were misdiagnosed. Conclusion Ultrasound can only make primary diagnosis for missed abortion and trophoblastic diseases, so diagnosis of missd abortion must be combined with medical record and clinical symptom.
