微生物脱除高钙原油中钙的研究 被引量:6

摘要 用特定的培养基使筛选出的微生物菌种大量繁殖,菌生物活性增强的同时积累大量代谢产物。将细菌发酵液与原油以一定比例混合,振摇一段时间后,油、水分离,用原子发射光谱法测定原油中金属含量。结果表明,新疆九区稠油(钙含量在250μg/g左右)脱钙率达到95%;苏丹原油(钙含量720μg/g)钙含量可降至20μg/g以下;苏丹原油(钙含量1990μg/g)脱钙率达到50%以上;并且重复性很好。同时对硫、氮,胶质、沥青质等重组份有一定的脱除效果。反应条件温和,菌液可循环使用,且可同时实现微生物代谢产物对高粘稠油的乳化降粘作用,改善原油流动性。 The specific culture medium make a large number of microbial strain living,at the same time,a lot of metabolinss that can reduce viscosity of crude oil and improve crude oil flowability are builded up.Crude oil and bacterial broth are mixed in certain proportion,after a period of oscillation,water and oil are separated,calcium in oil are analyzed by means of AES(atomic emissi on spectrometry).The result shows that the de-calcification rate of Jiu Qu viscous Crude oil(calcium content is 250ug/g) in XingJiang is 95%.The calcium content of SuDan Crude oil(calcium content is 720ug/g)can be reduced to below 20ug/g.The de-calcification rate of SuDan Crude oil(calcium content is 1990ug/g) is above 50%.Property of repeating is very good.Sulfur、nitrogen、colloidal matter、asphaltene can be partly removed.Reaction condition is mild,bacterial broth can be used circularly.
