采用“托达罗式的分析方法”,构建了一个劳动力流动的短期模型,分析了对模型产生影响的因素,进而解释当前中国出现的“民工荒”现象,并得出结论。

Adapting the ＂Todaro＇s approach＂, we established a short-term model of rural-urban labor migration and analyzed the factors influencing the model, which illustrated the labor shortage in China.
