张萱《西园闻见录》举疑

Proposing a Question to "Xi Yuan Wen Jian Lu" of Zhang Xuan

《西园闻见录》是晚明学者张萱现存唯一的一部史著。关于该书的记事范围,张萱自称“自洪武以迄万历”,这一说法也为学界广泛采用,然笔者经过考察却发现该书记事范围实际延至天启年间。

＂Xi Yuan Wen Jian Lu＂ is the only history works of Zhang Xuan. He thought the recorded scope of this book was from Hong Wu to Wan Li Dynasty. This view also is adopted broadly for the educational world. However, the author discovered the scope of this book delayed until Tian Qi Dynasty.
