青岛百合扦插繁殖技术的研究

Selection of Cutting Propagation of Llilium Tsingtauense

以野生的青岛百合鳞茎为扦插材料,将鳞茎分为内中外三层剥取其鳞片,观察鳞片在不同温度、不同基质中扦插的效果。结果表明:影响扦插效果的重要因子是温度和基质,在温度为25℃,珍珠岩基质中,内层鳞片扦插效果最好。

Scales from inner,middle and outer layers of lilium tsingtauense were propagated different stroma under different temeratures and scale position. Results showed that the most important factor influencing scale propagation quantity was temperature and scale position, and the best condition is 25℃, pearlite,inner layers.
