仙客来种子萌发的研究

仙客来种子在15℃、黑暗条件下处理6天后播种能显著提高发芽率,处理9天后播种其幼苗素质明显增强。去掉胚根端一部分胚乳的种子在20℃恒温培养箱中其从播种到萌发的时间比正常播种的种子明显缩短。

The germination of Cyclamen persicum seed increased obviously after 6 days at 15℃ under dark conditions, and the qualities of the seedings which growed from the seeds that was treated for 9 days are stronger clearly than that not be treated. The time of the seeds with their endosperms in upper part of the radicle removed , from being sowed to germination under 20℃ in constant temperature in a incubator,is distinctly shorter than the seed which was sowed normally.
