红叶石楠大田扦插技术研究

Studies on Cutting Propagation of Photinia×fraseri on Farm

作者对红叶石楠进行了大田扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:ABT可促进扦插生根,但不同浓度及处理时间,对生根效果影响不同,对其生根率、生根时间、生根根数及平均根长均有显著差异,其中以在ABT1号200 mg/L的条件下处理90min及120min时生根效果最好,生根率均达到93.9%以上;不同取材部位对红叶石楠生根情况影响也较显著,以半木质化的中间部位为最好。

A study on the propagation by cutting of Photinia × fraseri was made, in which there were remarkable difference with the different cutting times and different concentration for ABT striking roots powder in the rate of rooting, rooting time, the quantity of rooting and the average of rooting length. The results showed that cutting propagation with 200mg/L ABT striking roots powder soaking 90 minutes or 120 minutes were the best scheme, and the rate of rooting was above 93.9%. The different position were also remarkable, and the middle was the best.
