结合喜河水库流域概况及洪水特性,对建设喜河水库水情自动测报系统必要性、可行性进行了分析,对系统建设的原则、范围、通信方式及功能提出了建议和要求。

Considering the characteristics of floods in the Xihe basin, the essentiality and feasibility for establishing automatic prediction system of hydroregime and analyzed, some relevant principle, scope, communication mode, and its function were discussed, and the system requirements were pointed out.
