摘要
本文分析了国有企业经营者的激励约束机制,建立了国有企业主管部门与经营者的博弈模型,利用博弈理论分析了双方的行为选择.为建立有效的经营者的激励约束机制进行了理论探讨,并且给出了具体的实施方法.
The system of incentive constraint of China State-Owned Enterpriser is analyzed in the paper , and a game model of State-Owned Enterpriser and his responsible department is set up . The behavior selection of each other is also analysed with the game theory . We probe into the effective incentive constraint system of enterprisers in theory , and give a concrete method.
