蛹虫草菌丝体液体培养条件研究

Research on Zymotic Technics of Cordyceps militari(L.) Link.in Liquid

研究蛹虫草液体发酵条件,以干菌体得率为指标,通过单因素试验确定适宜的碳源、氮源、培养温度和pH值。结果表明,最适液体培养基为:葡萄糖20 g/L,蛋白胨5.0 g/L,最适pH=6.0,最适培养温度24℃。

Liquid culture conditions of Cordyceps militari（L. ）Link. have been studied with the desiccant weights of the mycelium being a index, and the optimum liquid culture medium of Cordyceps militari（L. ） Link is determined with single-factor experiments on optimum carbon source, nitrogen source, cultural temperature and pH. The result shows that the optimum liquid culture medium of Cordyceps militari （L.） Link. is glucose 20.0 g/L, peptone 5.0, pH = 6.0 and optimum temperature 24℃.
