摘要
本实验初步探究了IAA和IBA处理马铃薯Bora组培苗的诱导生根及移栽情况。其生根培养基1/2MS+IBA比1/2MS+IAA效果显著,生根培养基以1/2MS+0.5mg/L IBA为宜。移栽基质以东北土:(花土+炉渣)=2:1,在灭菌条件下1/2MS+0.5mg/L IBA成活率达91.67%。
The experiment elementarily explored the root induction and transplant of potato Bora tissue culture seedlings processed with IAA and IBA. The result shows that 1/2MS + IBA is more efficacious than 1/2MS + IAA in rooting medium, and that the optimal culture medium is 1/2MS + 0.5mg/L IBA. The survival rate comes to 91.67% in 1/2MS + 0.5mg/L IBA, under the condition of sterilization and the ratio of northeast clay to flower plus cinder being 2 to 1.
