摘要
针对1 000 kV特高压输电线路架线施工方案中所涉及关键问题,对初导绳展放、导引绳牵放、紧线及附件安装等具体方案和措施进行论证,提出了动力伞展放初导绳,人工和机械牵放导引绳,1个一牵八和2个一牵四的架线工艺流程方案。对各种线绳的不同驰度下张力和牵引力进行了计算,对一牵八及2个一牵四各种线绳进行牵引力计算及安全性判定。同时根据8分裂导线的特点,提出了紧线、附件安装和提线方法。
Some key questions on practical scheme and measures of conductor stringing in 1 000 kV UHV transmission lines are demonstrated in the paper, such as the primary tug expansion~ the tug stringing, the tension stringing and the accessories installation, etc. The scheme with the primary tug stringing by power umbrela, tug stringing by manual operation and mechanical power, a one for eight and two one for four on conductor stringing technics is proposed. The different tension and pulling force are calculated for different tugs. At the mean time, the methods of tension stringing, the accessories installation and the conductors lifting are proposed according to the characteristics of eight-splitting conductor.
